a very warm and freindly staff.they mapped for us recommended places, ,restaurant etc. there is a homey kitchen with basic food and drinks open 24 hours a day and free of charge which makes you feel like you are staying at your freind's home.aesthetic and clean . central location.

The owners were great, very helpful and friendly. There’s no luxury in the rooms (forget about the tv, there’s no good channel, not even in Italian – but who cares about the tv in Firenze?), but they are really cozy, and the bathrooms were the best I’ve ever seen in Europe – new and clean. The walls and the windows are soundproof. The location is perfect.

There’s no breakfast. But they there’s a kitchen where you can make your own breakfast, and there’s few free good Italian pastries everyday.

The communication started immediately after booking. Always received information regarding reservations to popular museums etc. The reservations were made through the hotel. We were provided a map upon arrival that was marked up with places to see, recommended restaurants, shopping areas, grocery stores, favorite ice cream shops, etc.. That was extremely helpful. The owner "Anna" was fantastic. The location couldn't be better. Our window looked down on the wild boar bronze (which is a large attraction and good luck to pet the snout). Close to everything you want to see including the main train station. Very quiet rooms with regards to outside noise.

Noisy in the morning when people woke up early for breakfast. Could hear inside noise through and under the doors with ease. If you're an early riser, no problem at all.

Very friendly atmosphere, excellent location just a few steps from the Piazza della Signoria, spacious, stylish rooms in an old house. A truly florentine ambiente with very friendly people running the place. Great!

Fantastic location. Right in the heart or Florence. Just moments from everything. The staff were lovely an so helpful. Can't speak highly enough of this place!

Only thing I can think that may be a problem for some is that there are about 25 steps til the elevator

Excellent location. Friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable beds in very clean rooms. The owner/operator (we only meet one) of the inn was very friendly. The inn has many little extras which added alot to our stay.

This place was as beautiful as it's owner, Anna. A true luxury set right in the middle of Florence. Our room was just as beautiful as described when we booked - luminous and romantic! Anna was so helpful in helping us book tours and in answering all our little questions. The apartments are very clean, spotless! I would definately not hesitate in staying here again - I would certainly book again when going to Florence!

The location in the heart of Florence center. The most interesting places and restaurants were very close. The aircondition was very good, especially the temperature outside was over +30. The staff was very polite. The bathroom was clean and the room was spacious.
